Book Club >     We plan to meet September 19th at 6:30 p.m. in the Parlor. Please join us to share what books you have read over the summer and to make suggestions for our next book. Contact Greta Edmonds for more information.

Sewing & Craft Weekend >     We will be having a sewing/craft weekend retreat at Camp Fowler in Pine Lodge the weekend of September 28 - 30. Please look for the sign up sheet in Fellowship Hall if you are interested in joining us.

Thursday Morning Bible Study >     We are doing a study by Dr. David Jeremiah called "A Life Beyond Amazing". In this series of messages, Dr. Jeremiah describes the divinely-empowered life that is pissible for followers of Christ. He explores each of the nine traits of a spirit-filled life as outlined by the Apostle Paul; traits that produce a life beyond amazing. Contact Janis Ernst for more information.

Children & Worship >     All children ages 3 to 7 are invited to participate in our Children & Worship program when they are dismissed from worship in the sanctuary following Pastor's story for children. The children will hear God's Word, partake in a feast, are encouraged to present God's story for themselves, and before they leave they each receive a special blessing from the leader. We are hopeful that our children will experience the beauty of worshiping God, the One who loves them and cares for them today, tomorrow, and always.

Sunday School >     We will begin the new Sunday School year at 9:00 on September 16th. Sunday School is available for children ages kindergarten through 5th grade in our multi-aged Sunday School room located upstairs. See Tori Alpaugh or Denise Glasser with any questions. There is also an adult Sunday School class held each Sunday morning at 9:00 in the parlor. See Ed Brown with any questions about this class.

Monthly Mid-week Bible Study >     Join us monthly on a Wednesday evening (as listed on the event calendar) as we use the book "Making Sense of Scripture" by David Lose to interact with with the Bible and one another. We know that reading the Bible is important for our faith and our relationship with God. But sometimes it can seem a bit daunting to know how to approach this challenging and sometimes difficult book. Join us each month as we explore how to read and understand the Bible better.

Prayer Group >     Join us each week after Fellowship Hour as we pray together in the library. Prayers focus on different pre-scheduled concerns each week. Intercessory requests are also welcomed each week.

Free Community Dinners >     Wednesday Evening Free Pasta Community Dinners are served at 5:30 PM weekly during the acedemic year. The initial dinner of the 2018-19 academic year is on October 10th. Our community of friends look forward to coming to our dinners and remember ... you are also encouraged to come to eat and visit with our guests. Hope to see you there!

October 20th Fall Cleanup >
Save the date and circle in ink,
Bring your rake and a nice cold drink.
Cleaning up and cleaning out
Is what this day is all about!
Making storm windows ready,
"Hey, hold that ladder steady!",
And other chores, like we do at home
To get our church ready for that next winter storm.
Big and small, we want you all,
So please sign up in Fellowship Hall!
